Experience and Qualifications QTS and the National Award for SEN Coordination (or willingness to complete it). Proven experience supporting students with a range of additional needs, ideally in an independent or specialist setting. Strong knowledge of the SEND Code of Practice (2015) and inclusive teaching strategies. Excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to lead and inspire colleagues.
