About the Role
Are you passionate about helping children thrive? Do you have the skills and motivation to make a real difference? We are seeking a dedicated Attendance Lead to join our enthusiastic and nurturing team.
The successful candidate will:
* Support good attendance in school by working with key staff, young people and their families to remove the barriers that lead to poor attendance.
* Provide operational and administrative support with the implementation of attendance processes up to and including referrals for prosecution.
* Carry out daily attendance monitoring, meeting with parents when required.
* Liaise with parents with regards to pupil leave of absence.
* Build caring, professional relationships with pupils, staff, and parents.
