Your new role As HR & Recruitment Advisor, you'll support the day-to-day delivery of a full HR generalist service. Working closely with the HR Operations Manager, you'll take ownership of employee relations casework, provide first line HR advice to managers and employees, and coordinate recruitment activity across a range of roles.You'll also act as the HRIS point of contact, support monthly HR reporting, and provide cross cover for payroll when required.
