Role Overview: They are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Accounts Assistant to join the team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing financial records, ensuring accuracy in reconciliations, and supporting clients with accounting queries. Key Responsibilities: Maintain sales and purchase ledgers to ensure accurate record-keeping. Match invoices and reconcile supplier statements. Perform bank reconciliations to monitor transactions efficiently. Prepare and submit VAT returns based on client information. Ensure all accounting documents and records are received from clients in a timely manner. Communicate and liaise with clients, addressing their queries professionally. Qualifications & Skills: AAT qualified or qualified by experience. Proficient in Cloud Accounting software. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
