Job Title: Lead Legal Advisor

About the Opportunity
Our client, a rapidly expanding technology business, is seeking a Lead Legal Advisor to take ownership of a broad and varied legal remit. This role offers the opportunity to operate as a senior legal contact within a dynamic, fast-paced environment, providing commercially focused advice across key areas of the business.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary legal advisor to the business, supporting senior stakeholders across operational and strategic matters.
Provide expert guidance on employment law, including advice on workforce structures, contractor arrangements, and general HR-related issues.
Oversee dispute resolution matters, managing contentious issues from initial assessment through to resolution and liaising with external counsel where required.
Lead on commercial and corporate legal work, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a range of contracts.
Support corporate governance requirements and ensure ongoing regulatory and compliance alignment.
Identify legal risks proactively and deliver pragmatic, business-oriented solutions.
Candidate Profile
UK-qualified solicitor with significant post-qualification experience.
Strong background in employment law and dispute management.
Demonstrable experience handling commercial contracts and corporate governance matters.
Commercially minded with the ability to translate complex legal issues into clear, practical advice.
Comfortable operating in a high-growth, technology-driven environment.
Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
