About the role
The Captive Enablement Lead is responsible for building and operationalizing the foundational capabilities required to stand up and sustain a high-performing GBS captive delivery centre. This role ensures that the physical, technological, and organizational infrastructure is fully in place to support seamless transitions and the long-term success of the GBS operating model.
Acting as the central coordinator for all aspects of site readiness, the Captive Enablement Lead partners with cross-functional stakeholders across HR, Facilities, IT, Legal, Finance, and external vendors. The role ensures that recruitment, onboarding, training, workspace, tools, and governance structures are established in line with the GBS design principles and go-live requirements.
Your responsibilities
Site & Operational Readiness
1. Lead the establishment and operationalization of the captive sites, including workspace setup, technology access, and logistical support.
2. Own the day-to-day coordination of the relevant hub stand-up activities and ensure all preconditions for go-live are met.
3. Track and manage site readiness checklists and coordinate mitigation of infrastructure gaps.
Recruitment & Onboarding Coordination
4. Work closely with HR and Recruitment to monitor hiring progress and readiness of incoming staff.
5. Ensure a structured onboarding program is in place, including induction, policy familiarization, and training frameworks.
6. Establish escalation processes and contingency plans for no-shows, delays, or onboarding risks.
Governance & Stakeholder Engagement
7. Drive weekly hub readiness forums, ensuring clear tracking of progress, risk mitigation, and alignment across enabling teams.
8. Act as the single point of contact for local site operational issues related to the transition.
9. Prepare and support relevant stage gate and leadership reviews to secure approval for go-live.
Operational Policies & Enablement Tools
10. Coordinate development of hub-level playbooks, governance forums, and escalation paths for Day 1 operations.
11. Align internal policies (eg access, equipment provisioning, time tracking) with corporate and local compliance standards.
12. Ensure readiness of performance reporting structures and coordination of local support teams (eg IT helpdesk, facilities).
The experience we're looking for
Essential:
13. Bachelor’s degree in Operations, HR, Business Administration or equivalent.
14. Extensive and demonstratable experience in business operations, shared services, or site enablement roles.
15. Strong program coordination skills and experience in standing up operational environments.
16. Excellent stakeholder management, with the ability to drive cross-functional alignment and track to delivery milestones.
17. Practical understanding of recruitment and onboarding processes, facility operations, and enterprise systems access.
18. High attention to detail, structured problem-solving, and strong organizational skills.
Desirable:
19. Experience in standing up captive or nearshore delivery centres.
20. Experience working in Reckitt in HR on related activities
21. Familiarity with relevant Reckitt enterprise enablement tools (eg Workday, ServiceNow, SharePoint).
