Salary: £29,000 - 32,000 per year Requirements: A Computing related degree with a minimum 2:1 Experience helping people with IT problems (internships or voluntary work acceptable) Strong interpersonal skills and a desire to engage with customers Willingness to learn and develop skills in various IT disciplines Interest in pursuing a path towards senior support analyst, network engineer, security engineer, or management roles Responsibilities: Assist small to medium-sized businesses with day-to-day IT problems Provide support for Windows 10, macOS, Microsoft Office, and Adobe products Troubleshoot issues related to cyber security and file-sharing systems Speak with customers to identify and resolve their IT issues Develop project management skills and assist in project implementations Participate in PC renovations, Cloud service deployments, and infrastructure implementations Technologies: Cloud Support macOS Network Security Windows More: We are a business providing a wide range of IT services and solutions to small and medium-sized businesses across various sectors.
