We're looking for a Social Media Manager who lives and breathes digital culture. Someone who doesn't simply follow trends, but anticipates them, interprets them through the Red Run lens, and transforms them into powerful, scroll-stopping storytelling.
This role owns Red Run's social presence end-to-end. You'll shape how we show up across platforms — from everyday content to campaign moments ensuring everything feels intentional, culturally relevant and rooted in movement.
Role Description
This is an on-site role based in Liverpool for a dedicated and creative Social Media Manager. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies across platforms, managing content creation, optimising social media performance, and fostering engagement with our community. The role involves brainstorming innovative campaigns, monitoring social trends, and analysing performance metrics to enhance brand reach and impact.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO)
Strong skills in Communication and Writing
Experience in Content Strategy development
Ability to analyse social media analytics and adjust strategies for optimal performance
Knowledge of current social media trends and platforms
Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and delivering measurable results
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
Prior experience in managing social media for a brand, particularly in fashion or lifestyle domains, is a plus
