Vertu Honda Doncaster We’re looking for a Sales Advisor to join our successful team at Vertu Honda Doncaster, representing one of the most trusted and innovative automotive brands in the world. This role offers a competitive basic salary of £28,000, with on‑target earnings of £34,000, and the opportunity to earn well above this level. No previous automotive sales experience is required – we’ll give you everything you need to succeed. You’ll benefit from full training and a comprehensive onboarding programme designed to build your confidence, product knowledge and earning potential from day one. After six months, you’ll have the opportunity (should you wish) to progress into a Sales Executive position, increasing your on‑target earnings to £45,000, along with a Company Car. At Vertu Honda Doncaster, we believe great performance should go hand‑in‑hand with genuine work‑life balance. You’ll work a 40‑hour week, across five 8‑hour shifts. You’ll work most Saturdays (our busiest sales day) but will always have a guaranteed weekday off, and we’re closed every Sunday, giving you a consistent day to relax and recharge. As a Sales Advisor, you’ll support customers throughout their entire car‑buying journey. From arranging test drives and explaining Honda’s award‑winning technology, hybrid and petrol ranges, to helping customers choose the right finance and accessories, you’ll play a key role in delivering a first‑class experience. You’ll engage with customers in‑store, online, over the phone and via video, both locally and nationally, so strong communication skills and confidence using technology are essential.
