We are currently recruiting for a Field Service Engineers to join our clients national team, covering the Southwest of England. This is a full-time, permanent position.
Main Duties
Attend customer sites to promptly diagnose and repair breakdowns of weighing, traceability, and inspection equipment.
Install and commission new equipment to customer specifications.
Conduct regular preventative maintenance visits to ensure reliable equipment performance.
Provide technical support and training to customers as required.
Build and maintain strong client relationships through excellent customer service.
Identify and recommend equipment upgrades or replacements.
Pursue sales opportunities for non-system-based scales when appropriate.
Ideal Candidate
Minimum of 3 years experience in a field service role within the weighing industry.
Comfortable working with PC-based systems.
Strong customer-focused approach with a proactive, can-do attitude.
Willingness to travel across the South of England.
Full clean driving license and DBS certificate.
SPA Passport to Safety (desirable).
