Weprovide training so can hit the ground running.Key ActivitiesAs a Summer Intern, you will spend most of your time working on the innovation challenges faced by our clients. We accept applications from postgraduate students who are graduating in 2026.Evidenced by your academic performance, you must have passed or be on track to pass your current undergraduate or graduate degree.Demonstrate a strong understanding of the fundamental principles of your subject, and the ability to apply them to unfamiliar problems.Are keen to work in a dynamic commercial and client focussed environment.Have a strong interest in collaborative teamwork and have good communication skills.Are comfortable giving your considered opinion on complex questions, and taking part in lively discussions.Have excellent timekeeping and task management skills, to be able to take responsibility for your own work and time.Have an interest in applying your creativity across a wide range of industries, and the ability to quickly learn about new areas.Demonstrate commitment to valuing diversity and contributing to an inclusive, collaborative working and learning environment.Important Practical ConsiderationsOffice attendance: Our Summer Internships are full-time roles undertaken in-person at our Cambridge UK offices.Remote working: Unfortunately, this internship is not suitable for applicants who wish to work remotely.Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday.Tech: We use Macbooks for work. We will help you summarise your work for your CV and interviews, in ways that work for you, our business, and our clients.Interview ProcessAt interview, we focus on thoroughly testing your deep knowledge of your subject fundamentals the expertise which is most transferable to different applications - and how you're able to apply this to unfamiliar real-world situations. Our interview process is designed to test your abilities and explore the limits of your understanding. We donexpect you to know the answers to all the questions you might be asked - but we are interested to find out how you approach these problems and whether you are able to give them a go.30-minute technical interview via Zoom, exploring your understanding of subject-specific fundamentals.If you are selected to progress to the next stage, you'll be invited to a final interview.
