Children's Residential Registered Manager - Family Assessment Centre

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Manager to lead our team at our well-established Family Assessment Centre. The ideal candidate will be a qualified social worker with significant experience in managing family assessments, supporting vulnerable families, and overseeing day-to-day operations in a residential care setting.
Day-to-day of the role:
* Lead and manage the operational delivery of services, ensuring high standards of care and assessment.
* Supervise and support staff, including ensuring training and professional development.
* Develop and implement individualized care plans for families based in the centre.
* Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and achieve a high Ofsted rating.
* Provide support and guidance to families, working closely with other professionals involved in the assessment process.
* Oversee the continuous monitoring of family progress and adapt support plans as necessary.
* Promote a positive, trauma-informed culture in the workplace.
* Manage referrals, liaise with local authorities, and maintain strong relationships with external partners.
* Maintain accurate records and provide regular reports to senior management.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Must be a qualified social worker, registered with Social Work England.
* Extensive experience in managing residential care or family assessment services.
* Knowledge of the Parent Assess model and/or experience working with families facing mental health, learning difficulties, and substance misuse challenges.
* Proven ability to lead a team and manage complex cases.
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a wide range of professionals.
