About the role:
As aDesign and Planning Teacher, you will be responsible for teaching and assessing students to ensure a high-quality, engaging learning experience. You will act as a course tutor, managing student attendance and providing academic support to promote successful progression. A key part of the role involves contributing to the development and continuous improvement of curriculum content that reflects current industry needs. You will also support student recruitment and represent the institution at promotional events. Ensuring compliance with administrative processes and quality assurance standards is essential, as is maintaining a safe and inclusive learning environment in line with Health and Safety legislation.
This is a full time, permanent position based at Guildford college. SalaryUp to £43,869 per annum.
What do you need to be a successful Design and Planning T Level Teacher at Activate Learning?

Specific qualifications and experience that will help you succeed include:
Quantity Surveying Qualification and industry experience.
GCSE level 4/C or equivalent in Maths & English.
Proficiency in software applications (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Confident in using Virtual Learning Environment tools.
Desirable:
Experience in further education.
Experience delivering Design and Planning T Level.
RICS accredited qualification.
Proficiency in various communication platforms.
