Role Brief
* You are responsible for overseeing the delivery of excellent care and education to the children in your nursery
* You are responsible for the continuity of provision in your nursery
* You are expected to hold yourself to the highest professional standard and be a good role model for children and staff
* You must manage your time effectively, so all deadlines are met
* You will maintain effective, professional channels of communication with our team, parents and outside agencies where appropriate
* You promote the high standards of the nursery at all times to parents, staff and visitors.
* You must ensure you help to create an excellent working environment for all team members
* You must be aware of and act in accordance with current legislation, good practice, nursery policies and procedures
* You are responsible for all administrative duties associated with being a Nursery Teacher
* You must not 'walk past' practice you wish to highlight/question. For better or worse, do not leave it unsaid and raise concerns to your manager or give praise to your colleague(s)
* You must have a clean and up to date DBS certificate
