Your new roleAs an Administrator, you will provide essential administrative support to the team.
Your responsibilities will include:
1. Taking accurate minutes during meetings and typing them up promptly (core part of the role)
2. Preparing documents and correspondence
3. Performing mail merges
4. Scheduling and arranging meetings
5. General office administration tasks
This is a temporary role required until the end of February, potentially mid-March. It is a full-time, office-based role with working hours of 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday, however, my client may be able to amodate a slightly earlier start or finish time. Remote working is not available for this vacancy.What you'll need to succeed
6. Previous experience in an administrative role
7. Strong typing and note-taking skills
8. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
9. Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
10. Ability to manage multiple tasks and work to deadlines
