CF Group is a leading specialist in piling and ground-engineering projects across Australia’s east coast. Business is booming, and we’re inviting experienced UK professionals to swap rainy commutes for coastal sun and career-defining work.
Who we’re keen to meet
* Site Supervisors – proven on-site leadership, HSEQ focus, ability to drive program and productivity
* Piling Rig Operators – competent on Klemm, Soilmec, Mait, Bauer or equivalent rigs (CFA, rotary, secant, D-wall, anchors)
* Project Engineers – degree-qualified (or equivalent experience) with solid piling or geotechnical project exposure
If you’ve delivered complex piling jobs in the UK—commercial basements, rail, infrastructure, high-rise foundations—we want to hear from you.

What you’ll bring
* 3+ years’ dedicated piling experience (UK or international)
* Hands-on knowledge of relevant rigs, tooling and ground conditions
* Solid understanding of QA, safety and environmental standards
* Positive, can-do attitude and readiness to hit the ground running in a new country
How we’ll back you
Our HR team will guide you through visa paperwork, medicals and licences. We cover the first month’s accommodation and pair you with a relocation buddy so you’re not navigating everything solo. Once you’re settled and smashing it on site, we’ll start the sponsorship conversation.
