The purpose of the role
Sell Griffith Foods products to achieve volume and margin growth in line with the defined strategy and budgetary targets. Develop and build customer relationships in targeted QSRs across Europe. Work alongside sales and marketing leadership to define and execute the future strategic direction of the agreed portfolio.
Responsibilities
* Manage customer relationships, maintain revenue and margins, coordinate customer visits, negotiate pricing, and follow up on offers.
* Proactively improve margins through price increases, value engineering, and product mix management.
* Ensure market share, provide clear forecasts, coordinate technical and commercial activities, and handle customer feedback and complaints.
* Organise presentations for existing and potential customers with marketing and development teams.
* Manage the development pipeline within the customer base with CRM and GF development functions.
* Monitor market, competition and new developments, providing business feedback.
* Provide sales reports and participate in sales meetings.
* Build and maintain key account plans across your area of responsibility.
* Support Health & Safety standards and organisational rules.
* Manage pipeline in CRM, resolve supply or quality issues, prepare forecasts and budgets, support sales team as required.
Requirements
* Academic level preferred; 5+ years of B2B sales experience in QSR industry across Europe.
* In-depth knowledge of products, characteristics, and market.
* Strong commercial acumen, negotiation and partnership skills.
* Excellent communication, analytical, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
* Proactive mindset; ability to work independently and in a team.
* English proficiency required; other European languages a plus.
* Willingness to travel.
* Computer skills: MS Office.
* Driving licence.
