Salary: FTE salary of £39,791 - £44,212 and pro-rata salary of £24,197 - £26,885

As a Learning and Development Business Partner at B3Living, you will coordinate the corporate training programme, ensuring its alignment with organisational priorities and compliance with regulatory and legal requirements. This is a varied, hands-on role where you will design and deliver engaging, inclusive learning solutions, lead the ongoing development of our learning management system, and coordinate initiatives to foster a culture of continuous learning.
We are looking for someone with:
Proven experience in learning design and delivery for a diverse audience
The ability to simplify complex information and ideas for accessibility
Experience conducting training needs analysis
Experience managing and maintaining a learning management system
Experience measuring the impact or return on investment of learning initiatives
