Blackpool Learning Rooms are looking for a suitably experienced Management Information System/Business Manager to cover Maternity Leave.
Role specific duties and accountabilities
* Ensuring all data collection processes are efficient and effective from front-line to MIS systems
* Ensuring that data is returned to the funding body accurately and on time
* Ensuring data returns from partners are collated and submitted on time
* Monitoring data processes and procedures
* Liaising with TERMS (MIS system) and Central MIS to ensure that TERMs updates are made on time or other adjustments made as appropriate
* Providing data reports to managers to support funding and management decisions
* Developing further the dashboard system
* Managing the admin team to ensure that there is effective support to managers
* Managing the admin team to ensure that data is inputted accurately and on time
