Assistant Administrator - Substation
Nursling, Hampshire - Hybrid
As National Grid, we own the high-voltage electricity transmission network in England and Wales. We are looking to recruit an Administrative Assistant - Substations, to
provide support to the zone by implementing and maintaining comprehensive, effective administrative and information systems which meet the team/business-specific requirements.

What you'll be getting up to
11. Maintain the management of zonal databases and spreadsheets, including collation, filing,
12. data privacy and admin support.
13. Manage and control substation access requests maintaining control of access key issues and
14. returns.
15. Produce management reports and assist with the production of Key Performance Indicators
16. for the zonal management team.
17. Carry out technical secretary support for allocated zonal and national working groups
18. including minute taking.
19. Able to lead on a zonal initiative or working group to support i.e. Health and Wellbeing.
20. Produce and distribute internal and external reports and business/development plans
21. Hold a company purchasing card for zonal expenditure, reviewing zonal use
22. Administer SE SharePoint site, zonal handbook, email distribution lists
About you
Confident using Excel and PowerBI for data analysis.
Ability to use Pivot Tables and create presentations in Powerpoint.
Well organised and able to manage time effectively.
