A new opportunity has arisen for a passionate, highly motivated and well-presented professional to join the BAM Facilities management team as a Receptionist at Wallyford Learning Campus. This new post will primarily focus on greeting visitors, directing them to the right department within the campus and answering any enquiries they may have.
Making Possible
• Greeting visitors, providing face to face and remote information and signposting
• Booking and preparing meeting rooms
• Call handing and redirection
• Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable
• Provide administration support to Bam FM team at wallyford leaning campus
• Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access
• Work alongside all other departments to provide comprehensive service to clients
• Any other admin duties as defined by Wallyford learning campus FM team
Your team
Within the campus there is Rosehill High School and the Brae Special Provision, Wallyford Community Centre, the Margaret Oliphant library and Wallyford Leisure.The post will mainly focus on front of house reception but may also require supporting the on site BAM FM management team with basic administrative duties. This role will require you to be in the office 5 days per week

What do you bring to the role?
• Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. fax machines and printers)
• Professional attitude and appearance
• Solid written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
• Excellent organisational skills
• Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks
• Customer service attitude
