Role Overview
The QHSE Compliance Administrator role is office based, at our Ipswich Head Office and will report directly to the Head of Quality and Compliance. This role will assist in core compliance administration tasks to help support the QHSE Team.

Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support
Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Head of Quality and Compliance
Manage a portfolio of QHSE related accreditations and registrations, including interactions with external digital platforms
Assist in the preparation and distribution of reports, presentations, and other documentation
Maintain organized and up-to-date filing systems for QHSE-related documents
Compliance Coordination
Assist in the maintenance of the QHSE department’s intranet site
Support the coordination of internal and external audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
Collaborate with different departments to gather and compile data for compliance reports
Training and Communication
Provide planned support when needed to coordinate QHSE training sessions for colleagues
Contribute to the development of communication materials regarding QHSE initiatives
Facilitate communication to QHSE Leads for safety notices and change bulletins
Continuous Improvement
Participate in the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement in QHSE processes
Assist in the implementation of improvements and monitor their effectiveness
About You:
Applicants must have the right to work in the UK
Necessary
General secondary education with a high level of numeracy and literacy
This is a busy and varied role which will require excellent communication skills and the ability to adapt to the demands of the business in a fast-paced environment and will require good self-motivation
High levels of accuracy and attention to detail in all written correspondence and data entry
Good team player with the ability to build effective team relationships and promote an environment of trust and flexibility
Awareness of QHSE standards, regulations, and best practices
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
