The Role:
As a Paid Media Executive, you will be hands-on across paid social and PPC campaigns, with a particular focus on Meta. You will take ownership of campaign delivery, optimisation, and performance, working across a range of client accounts.
This is a role for someone who enjoys working with data, testing new ideas, and continuously improving results. You will collaborate closely with wider teams while having the autonomy to shape campaign strategy and performance.
What You’ll Do:
• Manage and optimise paid social campaigns across Meta and LinkedIn
• Support PPC activity across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads
• Analyse performance data and make clear, actionable recommendations
• Carry out audience research, keyword analysis, and competitor reviews
• Work with internal teams to deliver integrated, performance-led campaigns
• Produce clear reporting for internal teams and clients
About You:
• 2+ years’ experience in paid media, ideally within an agency environment
• Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager
• Good working knowledge of Google Ads and/or Microsoft Ads
• Confident working with tracking and attribution tools such as GA4 and GTM
• Analytical mindset with a focus on performance and ROI
• Collaborative, proactive, and comfortable working across multiple campaigns

• ~£35,000 Salary Depending On Experience
• Hybrid working (3 days/week in the office)
• Early finish Fridays (1pm)
