The Opportunity: This is a great opportunity to join one of the UK's leading block management providers, supporting an experienced team in delivering excellent front-line customer service. This role offers the chance to be the first point of contact for residents and contractors, playing a key role in streamlining communication and ensuring clients receive prompt, efficient responses. The Role: As an Administrator, you will be responsible for answering inbound calls and emails, triaging enquiries to the right teams, and assisting with general administration such as mail merges and diary management. You will help ensure a seamless and professional client experience. Key Responsibilities: Answer incoming calls and emails, resolving or forwarding queries Produce general correspondence using mail merge Manage the shared office diary and schedule appointments Support Property Managers with uploading and maintaining records Assist with contractor, leaseholder, and client communications Attend internal meetings and support team administration Uphold company standards and TPI codes of practice The Person: Our Client is looking for a confident, well-spoken administrator with strong customer service skills and a proactive approach to office support. A professional, organised individual who enjoys helping people and thrives in a busy, team-based environment will do well in this role. Skills & Experience: Excellent verbal and written communication skills Experience in a phone-based or customer service role Strong admin background, including Outlook and Word Proficiency in diary management and document handling Calm, confident manner with a team-oriented attitude Additional Information: This is a full-time, office-based role in Shrewsbury Free parking is available on-site Full training and support provided
