The Role Lead the delivery of electrical design solutions across multiple building services projects. Manage client relationships and act as the key point of contact for design coordination and technical delivery. Oversee and mentor junior engineers and technicians, promoting knowledge sharing and professional development. Undertake detailed design work, calculations, and specification writing, ensuring compliance with current regulations and standards. Contribute to business development, fee proposals, and strategic growth of the electrical discipline. About You Degree or HND in Building Services or Electrical Engineering. Extensive experience within a building services consultancy environment. Strong technical understanding of LV distribution, lighting, life safety systems, and sustainable design principles. Chartered or working towards Chartership (CIBSE or IET). Confident communicator with the ability to lead projects and develop lasting client relationships.
