The maintenance team is responsible for looking after the buildings, sites and systems, through planned and reactive maintenance which is scheduled and provided by our team of skilled professionals. We are committed to creating safe, sustainable, and inspiring spaces that support learning, research, and student life.About the RoleWe are seeking a skilled and proactive Building Maintenance Surveyor to join our Estates team. This is a site-first role, requiring regular presence across our estate to assess building conditions, oversee works, and engage directly with contractors and stakeholders.You will lead on identifying building defects, preparing specifications and tender documents, and managing maintenance projects from inception to completion.
