* Owning your section and delivering warm, confident service
* Taking orders with clarity, energy, and maybe a little flair
* Knowing the menu inside-out (and upselling like a pro)
* Keeping the vibe high and the floor running smooth
* Being the face of the bar for every guest - first impressions matter
