Role: Personal Assistant to the Board

Objectives of the Role
As a Personal Assistant to the Board, your responsibilities will include:
* Schedule Management: Coordinate and manage the founders’ calendars, ensuring seamless scheduling of meetings, events, and appointments.
* Travel Coordination: Arrange and manage travel bookings, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
* Household Support: Oversee hiring and management of house help, including nannies and maintenance personnel, as needed.
* Repair & Maintenance: Handle repairs and maintenance for both personal and office-related needs.
* Event & Booking Management: Assist with planning and booking external engagements, including business meetings and personal events.
* Administrative Tasks: Provide general administrative support at the workplace, ensuring timely communication and resolution of tasks.
The Ideal Candidate
We are searching for a detail-oriented and adaptable individual who:
* Has at least 1 year of experience in a similar PA or administrative role.
* Is highly organised with exceptional time management skills.
* Can juggle multiple tasks while staying calm under pressure.
* Demonstrates excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Is resourceful and proactive in anticipating needs and solving problems.
* Proficient in scheduling tools, travel booking systems, and basic office software
Salary: £27k - £28K/PA
Start: Immediate
Location: London HQ (with occasional onsite tasks for other locations in London)
Job Hours: Full-time, office based role
