Chichester College Group has an exciting opportunity for you to join us as a Recruitment Resourcer at Worthing College. You will join us on a part-time, permanent basis and in return, we offer a competitive salary of pro rata of £24,791 - £25,935 per annum (i.e., £20,100.81 - £21,028.38).

Key Responsibilities of our Recruitment Resourcer:
1. Consulting and engaging with employers and potential learners to complete the recruitment process efficiently.
2. Working closely with the Sales team to prioritize workload and meet deadlines.
3. Complying with College-wide policies and procedures.
4. Under the direction of the Recruitment Team Leader, planning the recruitment schedule to facilitate timely enrolments.
5. Providing a physical point of contact at the appropriate CCG site to handle calls and inquiries from prospective learners and employers.
6. Visiting prospective learners and employers to complete recruitment documentation, discuss arrangements, and undertake skills assessments if necessary.
7. Delivering completed online onboarding documentation within agreed timescales.
8. Maintaining professional development and staying updated with the latest industry developments.
9. Liaising with the Health & Safety team on matters related to Health & Safety for learners in the workplace.
10. Ensuring all data is accurately captured within the CRM system.
Our ideal Recruitment Resourcer should have the following skills and experience:
* GCSE (or equivalent) in English and Maths at grade C or above.
* Experience communicating and negotiating with stakeholders.
* Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms.
* Proven ability to negotiate complex situations.
* Calm and measured under pressure.
* Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Teams, and Outlook.
