We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Relationship Advisor to join our Inchinnan site.

This role is a fixed term role for 6 months and the working pattern is Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm with a rotational weekend.

We are looking for someone who's organisational skills are outstanding and who is proficient in Microsoft Office & Excel in particular. You must have a passion for delivering high levels of customer service support.

Your Mission at Elis
* Managing and follow up on customer queries and questions.
* Supporting on an internal service inbox
* Dealing with customer complaints and complaint resolution.
* Uploading Information into Customer Portals.
* Co-ordination and support Account Managers.
* Working closely with key stakeholders including local and regional management teams.
* Participate in and support continuous improvement projects/workstreams.
* Reactive renegotiation of accounts.
