Clinical Specialist – Pelvic Health Ross Hall Clinic Braehead 24 Hours & Permanent Salary: Up to £45,000.00 FTE per year (depending on level of experience, training and qualification) Ross Hall Clinic Braehead in Glasgow is part of Circle Health Group, Britain's leading provider of independent healthcare with a nationwide network of hospitals & clinics, performing more complex surgery than any other private healthcare provider in the country. We have an opportunity for a Clinical Specialist to join their team of staff in the Physiotherapy department. This is a Part time role for 24 hours a week. The role holder will be required to cover a flexible shift pattern. Duties of this role include: Undertake expert assessment and treatment of patients with pelvic floor dysfunction, urinary/fecal incontinence, pelvic pain, pre/postnatal conditions, and post-surgical rehabilitation needs. Develop individualised, evidence-based treatment plans, including internal assessment, biofeedback, manual therapy, and exercise rehabilitation. Act autonomously in clinical decision-making and management of a complex, specialist caseload. Act as the clinical lead for pelvic health physiotherapy, ensuring service quality, consistency, and alignment with best practice. Develop and implement clinical pathways, patient education materials, and outcome measures. Lead or contribute to quality improvement initiatives, audits, and service evaluation projects. Applicants should meet the following criteria: HCPC-registered Physiotherapist. Extensive post-registration experience in women’s, men’s, and pelvic health physiotherapy. Recognised postgraduate training in pelvic health or continence physiotherapy. Advanced clinical reasoning, assessment, and treatment skills. Experience in service development, teaching, or supervision. Membership of the Pelvic, Obstetric and Gynaecological Physiotherapy (POGP) group or equivalent. Independent prescriber or training in injection therapy (if applicable to setting). Experience in private healthcare or specialist pelvic health clinics. Involvement in audit, research, or clinical guideline development.
