Senior Project Manager PositionWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our Water/Wastewater business leadership team in Western Idaho as the Inland Northwest (INW) Water Resources Group Leader. In this role, you will oversee the successful delivery of multi-million-dollar water infrastructure projects.Responsibilities:Business Development:Develop strategiesLead marketing effortsIdentify prospects, prepare proposals, and present to clientsManage project budgeting and contractingAchieve new business objectives and overall project performanceEngage with clients and promote the company through community activitiesSupport market business plan development and client engagement strategiesLeverage technical and management resources to expand the market presenceProject Execution:Set and implement project performance goalsOversee engineering managersCollaborate with internal teams and project representativesManage project budgets, invoicing, and paymentsLead project performance reviewsGroup Leader Responsibilities:Provide leadership and guidance to project teams and staffSupervise delivery of technical work by the INW Water Resources engineering teamEnsure technical resources are available for successful project deliveryAttract, develop, and retain key talent; set expectations and manage performanceServe as a pursuit champion and project manager for Water Resource projectsEnsure excellence in project execution, meeting on-time, on-budget deliverables of excellent qualityReview engineering documents and deliverables for compliance with contractual requirementsCollaborate with Practice and Market Leaders to ensure adequate resources for current and upcoming projectsPartner with water resources-focused staff for employee development and career growthWork with Market and Practice Leaders to achieve key performance and financial metricsAdhere to firmwide tools, processes, and policies, including project accounting, contracting, and quality requirementsBasic Qualifications:15+ years of experience related to water resources projects5+ years managing or being the water lead on projectsProject experience with local and state agenciesRegistered Professional Engineer in Idaho or WashingtonStrong written and verbal communication skillsPreferred Qualifications:20+ years of experienceProficient in common engineering software packages, including: Microstation OpenRoads, Autodesk Storm and Sanitary Analysis, Civil3D, CivilStorm, StormShed, MGSFlood, SMS/SRH-2D, HEC-RAS 2D, HY-8, ArcGIS, and ExcelBenefits:Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability, and Life InsuranceSupport for continuing education and training opportunitiesPaid Time Off (PTO)/Holiday Pay401k and Employee Stock Ownership Program (ESOP)Opportunity for growth with support and mentoring to help with professional goals
