💰 OTE: £45,000 – £70,000+ (Uncapped)

Wooton & Bean has been a trusted name in Haywards Heath for over 11 years, known for delivering exceptional service and building long-term client relationships. Due to continued growth, we’re looking for an experienced and motivated Mortgage & Protection Adviser to join our expanding team.
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Provide expert mortgage and protection advice to a wide range of clients
* Handle remortgages, product transfers, and new mortgage applications and providing tailored protection solutions
* Conduct client appointments in person, virtually, or by phone
* Submit accurate, compliant applications with a “right-first-time” approach
* Maintain strong relationships with clients, introducers, and professional partners
* Stay up to date with market trends and lender criteria
What We’re Looking For:
* CeMAP qualified with competent adviser status
* Proven experience in mortgage advising, including remortgages and product transfers as well as ensuring that these homeowners are financially resilient
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* High attention to detail and a client-first mindset
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Full UK driving licence (regular office attendance required)

* Uncapped earnings with realistic OTE of £45,000 – £70,000+
