The Incentives Trainee Recruitment Consultant
27.5k base with an increase to 30k once promoted
Extra potential 3k up for grabs during your first 6 months before youre on min commission structure
Promotion within 6 months and then on main commission structure of 40% with no threshold
One on one training from top billers who are billing over a million
Work from home is target based bill a certain amount of revenue each month and youll get 1-2 days WFH
OTE year 1 45k+, year 2 70k+, year 3 100k+
Client meetings with the company card twice a week drinks / lunches / coffees

Intelligent 2:1 or above from a top university
Minimum BBB at A Level
A strong sports background, playing to a high level
Evidence of hard work had a job from a young age and worked throughout education

Sales based role sourcing clients and candidates enabling business development
Negotiating contracts and understanding the wants and needs of a client
Building your own business by having autonomy over your work from day 1
Networking to build personal relationships with clients and candidates to gain trust and create long lasting placements within the industry
Cold-calling, advertising, and social media platform messaging allows you to build rapport
