🕒 What You’ll Do
3. Deliver high-quality care and emotional support to children, ensuring their safety and wellbeing.
4. Inspire brighter futures with consistency, compassion, and resilience.
5. Be part of a dedicated team in a 365-day service, with structured rotas and long shifts (7.30am–11pm), including sleep-in nights.
💰 What You’ll Earn
6. Annual salary: £34,402 – £35,025 (based on £13.45–£13.75 + 8 sleep-ins/month; dependent on qualifications) (Pay rate effective from 1st April 2026)
7. Opportunity for additional earnings through enhanced overtime and extra shifts

8. Full UK Driving Licence
9. Must be 21+ and have the right to work in the UK (sponsorship not available)
10. Experience in childcare or the wider care sector is required
