* Provide clinical oversight and guidance to the MDT on shift
* Observations & competency assessments
* Utilise complex clinical skills such as tracheostomy care and ventilator care
* Attend all training and engage in CPD to further your clinical knowledge and promote nursing
* Support the service during an exciting phase of transformation
