Role Purpose
We are looking for a driven, resilient, and highly motivated Account Manager with a true hunter mentality. You will be responsible for building your own book of business from the ground upidentifying prospects, opening new opportunities, and developing long-term relationships.
Key Responsibilities
New Business Development
* Proactively source, prospect, and win new clients through outbound calling, networking, social engagement, referrals, and industry research.
* Build and grow a personal sales pipeline.
* Identify and qualify new opportunities.
* Present solutions confidently.
Account Growth & Management
* Build, manage, and maintain a portfolio of clients.
* Maximise revenue opportunities.
* Develop strong long-term relationships.
* Maintain accurate CRM records.
Collaboration & Internal Engagement
* Work closely with internal teams.
* Leverage specialists to shape solutions.
* Participate in training and development.
Performance & Accountability
* Meet and exceed KPIs and targets.
* Maintain a positive, solutions-focused attitude.
* Demonstrate resilience and strong work ethic.
Skills & Experience Required
* Proven experience in B2B sales or outbound prospecting.
* Strong appetite for winning new business.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* Confidence in end-to-end sales cycle management.
* Resilience and persistence.
* Ability to work independently.
