Team Coordinator/Senior Administrator - London Location: London Bridge - hybrid (2 days wfh) Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 Hours: 9:00 - 5:30 Are you an organised and proactive individual looking to make a significant impact in a creative environment? We are seeking a Team Coordinator/Senior Administrator to join our vibrant Architectural Company in London As a Team Coordinator/Senior Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting our Partners and architectural teams, ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day operations. Your responsibilities will include: Diary & Meeting Coordination Project Administration Risk Management & Quality Control Project Management Support Document & CDE Management Team Coordination General Administrative Support What we are looking for: Proven experience in a team coordinator, project administrator, or similar role Proficiency in document control using tools like Aconex, CEMAR, Atvero, or CMap PIM Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite and compiling client reports Strong organisational skills with a flexible, self-directed approach Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management across all levels High attention to detail and commercial awareness Familiarity with architectural or design studio environments is a plus!
