Main Duties
1. Work collaboratively with colleagues to support vulnerable individuals effectively.
2. Communicate well with supported individuals to provide personalized care and foster positive relationships.
3. Support individuals during activities, offering positive feedback and encouragement.
What is a Relief Support Worker?
As a Relief Support Worker, you will perform the same duties as our Support Workers during your shifts. Since this role is flexible, you can choose shifts that fit your schedule.
Note:
Relief work is on an as-needed basis to cover sickness, leave, and staff contingencies. Regular or ongoing shifts cannot be guaranteed due to changing staffing needs.
