Assistant Quantity Surveyor - Office Fit Out London | £40-50k | Projects £2-3 Million I'm working with a leading commercial office fit-out contractor in London who are looking to bring an Assistant Quantity Surveyor into their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with high-level clients on projects valued at £2-3 million, gaining exposure to all aspects of the commercial process. The Role You'll be supporting the commercial team across multiple live projects, taking on both administrative and commercial responsibilities to help drive successful delivery. Key responsibilities: Preparing and issuing subcontract orders Assisting with procurement of packages and suppliers Supporting change control and managing variations Helping with valuations and payment applications Contributing to Cost Value Reconciliation (CVR) reports Providing administrative and commercial support to senior surveyors The Candidate Minimum 2 years' experience in a QS / commercial role Background in fit out, interiors, or refurbishment preferred Good understanding of Cat A & Cat B works desirable Strong numeracy, organisation, and communication skills Ambitious and eager to progress within a fast-paced contractor environment What's On Offer £40-50k salary (depending on experience) Work directly on prestigious London office fit-out projects Clear career progression within a supportive commercial team Exposure to projects with blue-chip clients and repeat business If you're an Assistant QS with 2 years' experience and want to take the next step in your career with a leading London fit-out specialist, I'd love to hear from you.
