About the role
We’re looking for a talented and creative Middleweight Digital Designer to join our growing team. If you’re passionate about crafting engaging digital experiences and have a keen eye for design, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
Key Responsibilities
1. Design and deliver creative assets across web, social, CRM campaigns, and paid media.
2. Collaborate with marketing and development teams to create visually compelling, user-friendly designs.
3. Ensure all outputs adhere to UX/UI principles and responsive design best practices.
4. Bring ideas to life through motion graphics and animation using After Effects.
5. Contribute fresh ideas and creative solutions to enhance digital campaigns and experiences.
What We're Looking For
6. + years’ experience in a digital design role (agency or in-house).
7. Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (including After Effects).
8. Strong understanding of UX/UI principles, responsive design, and digital best practices.
9. Experience designing for CRM, web platforms, and paid digital campaigns.
10. Exceptional attention to detail with a creative and proactive mindset.
11. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
12. A genuine interest in skincare and beauty (desirable).

14. Location: Tropic HQ is a short walk from Beddington Lane Tram stop, with direct links to East Croydon and Wimbledon.
