You will: Identify and open new opportunities across target industries Support existing customers and uncover cross‑selling possibilities Translate complex product capabilities into clear technical and commercial proposals Work closely with engineering teams and customer technical stakeholders Build relationships globally and manage a sales cycle ranging from 3 months to 2 years Provide accurate sales forecasting and contribute to commercial strategy This is a hands‑on, customer‑facing role where curiosity, technical aptitude and commercial instinct are essential. About You You’ll thrive here if you are: Degree‑qualified in a Science or Engineering discipline Experienced in technical sales or a similar consultative engineering role Familiarity with fibre optics, sensor technologies or measurement systems is desirable but not essential as full product training will be provided A confident communicator able to explain technical concepts to mixed‑ability audiences Commercially sharp and comfortable building compelling business cases Proactive, inquisitive, relationship‑driven and motivated by business growth Willing to travel in the UK and internationally
