dSb is exclusively partnering with a highly profitable retailer in adding the best merchandising talent to their product teams. If you love being product and trend focused whilst also all about the numbers and analysis, then this will be the perfect role for you.
You will:
* Analyse market trends
* Develop range structures in alignment with the department
* Present pricing strategies
* Evaluate previous season and supplier performance
* Accurate forecasting of demand
* Maintain correct sizing, forecasts, and inventory levels onto the systems
* Review budgets regularly and identify cost savings
* Track in-season performance, including sales, inventory and markdowns
Experience required:
* Ability to use data analysis tools to interpret sales data, market trends, and performance metrics
* To be able to apply pricing and markdown strategies effectively to optimise sales
* As an experienced Assistant or Junior Merchandiser with experience in retail merchandising
* Forecasting and inventory management
* Numerically and commercially minded
