What we're looking for:
Strong legal background in Private Client Law
Proven leadership and people development skills
Exceptional communication, organisation, and problem-solving abilities
A results-driven mindset with a commitment to excellence in client care
The ability to inspire, engage, and motivate others
The finer elements of the role include (but not limited to)
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of Legal Advisors
Manage your own caseload of Wills, Trusts, and Powers of Attorney, ensuring quality and compliance
Monitor performance and implement strategies to exceed KPIs
Drive a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and client focus
Strengthen the branch’s local presence through networking, marketing, and relationship building
