Environmental Enhancement is seeking to appoint an Administration Support Officer to
Support the Councils Waste & Recycling team by allocating work, resolving customer complaints, co-ordinating with the Customer Service Centre and using various computer systems.
Use analytical g ather appropriate information to contribute to the improvement of the Waste and Recycling Service delivery by using analytic and positive communication skills to engage with frontline staff to gather information for problem solving and improvement of services and supervisors
You should have
a minimum of 5 GCSEs, or equivalent, at grade 4 or above (including English and Maths); or proven equivalent work experience
One years experience in similar administrative role
good understanding of waste management
proven skills using Excel, including clear interpretation/reporting on data
experience of working to tight deadlines
