What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for a commercially sharp, highly collaborative Senior International Brand Manager to help drive MOJU’s growth beyond the UK.
Following our recent European launch, you’ll play a central role in shaping MOJU’s international story, with a rare opportunity to take one of the UK’s fastest growing drinks brands and build it into a standout player across new markets.
You’ll help build and scale our brand across new markets, ensuring we show up in the right places, with the right products, pricing, messaging and promotions to win.
This is a true end-to-end role, spanning from shaping strategy through to execution in-market. The focus is simple: make MOJU win wherever we show up, delivering standout in-store presence, building activations that cut through, and continuously improving performance through insight and iteration. You’ll work cross-functionally with UK teams, distributors, retailers and agencies, taking what works and adapting it effectively to build momentum in each market.
We’re looking for a results-driven, execution-focused marketer who thrives in new markets and can balance commercial rigour with creative instinct. Someone who collaborates well, seeks out different perspectives, and prioritises team outcomes over individual ownership, ultimately helping drive the next phase of MOJU’s international growth.
Responsibilities Of The Role Include
* International Market Development: Support the launch and growth of MOJU across priority European markets, particularly the Netherlands, France and Belgium. Work with local distributors and internal teams to adapt MOJU’s global marketing strategy to local market conditions, support new retail launches and help develop plans that drive awareness, trial and repeat purchase in new markets.
* Retail Execution: Support strong retail execution across MOJU’s European markets, ensuring the right product, packaging, price and promotional mechanics are delivered in-store. Work closely with distributors and retail partners to ensure excellent on-shelf execution, correct merchandising and strong promotional delivery, supporting the commercial team in driving sales and ROS performance.
* Brand Building: Comms, Campaigns & Activation: Plan and deliver brand-building and trial-driving marketing activity across international markets. Support the execution of key brand moments and local campaigns designed to build awareness and drive consumer trial of MOJU.
* Community & Influencer Activation: Build MOJU’s presence at a grassroots level within each market, identifying and activating relevant communities, micro-influencers, brand ambassadors and cultural moments. Support the development and execution of community-led activity that drives authentic engagement, word-of-mouth and product trial, helping to create local momentum behind the brand.
* Strategic Planning: Support the development of international marketing plans that align with MOJU’s long-term growth ambitions. Monitor category trends, competitors and consumer behaviour across European markets, identifying opportunities to strengthen the brand and improve marketing effectiveness.
* Market Insights and Localisation: Conduct deep market research to tailor plans to each territory, balancing local preferences with MOJU’s core identity.
* Cross-Functional Leadership: Lead the coordination and delivery of international marketing projects and campaigns, ensuring activity is executed on time and to a high standard. Work closely with UK marketing and channel leads to align on brand strategy, comms and priorities, translating and adapting these for local market needs. Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams (sales, category, supply chain, finance), external agencies and distributor partners to ensure seamless planning and execution.
* Budget Ownership: Manage international marketing budgets, ensuring spend is allocated effectively across brand-building and commercial activity. Track performance of marketing initiatives and support evaluation of ROI to ensure

What you’ll bring to MOJU
* Proven track record of launching and scaling brands in new international markets, ideally within challenger or high-growth environments.
* Strong experience working with distributors and retail partners, with a clear understanding of how to drive performance through these models.
* Solid brand management experience within FMCG or consumer goods, with exposure across both brand and trade/shopper marketing.
* Based in the UK, with flexibility to travel regularly across European markets.

* Deep understanding of FMCG marketing across the full mix, with a strong commercial instinct for how product, price, promotion and placement drive performance in-market.
