Job Overview As a Science Technician, you will be responsible for the preparation and organisation of materials and equipment for science lessons, ensuring practical work is carried out safely and effectively. Your attention to detail and understanding of health and safety practices will help maintain a high-quality learning environment across our laboratories. You’ll also assist in managing equipment stock, supporting teachers with demonstrations, and contributing to the smooth day-to-day running of the department. What We’re Looking For We are seeking someone with: A minimum NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent) in a relevant science specialism GCSEs in English and Maths (grade C/4 or above) Excellent organisational and communication skills A good understanding of health and safety procedures in an educational setting Experience in a technician role or science background is desirable but not essential – training can be provided Why Join Oasis Academy Brightstowe?
