The Role:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Lettings Administrator to join my client's thriving Ascot office, they are one of the best branches in the network. This is a pivotal role that will support the smooth running of the lettings department and contribute to its continued growth. The ideal candidate will be organised, proactive, and have excellent attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare and issue new tenancy agreements within 24 hours of receiving the offer
* Draft the appropriate tenancy agreement and manage signature process via AdobeSign
* Liaise with solicitors where third-party agreements are required
* Issue invoices, standing orders, and rent demands
* Prepare deeds of guarantee or rental payment invoices as needed
* Track receipt of signed agreements, chasing as necessary
* Draft legal notices on behalf of landlords and manage related processes
* Manage changes to tenancy such as deeds of assignment or surrender
* Maintain accurate paperless filing and database systems (including RPS)
* Keep up-to-date with lettings legislation and compliance requirements
* Respond promptly to all correspondence and support team members in their absence
* Register applicants, book viewings, and conduct occasional property viewings
* Welcome visitors and provide professional front-of-house service
* Attend regular lettings and team meetings
Person Specification:
* Educated to GCSE level or equivalent
* Full, valid driving licence required and own car
Experience & Skills:
* Previous experience in a similar lettings or administrative role within Property
