DSR Global is currently seeking a permanent Finance and Contracts Administrator!
Location: Office-based in Tunbridge Wells, Kent (Hybrid available post-probation)
We’re looking for a dynamic Finance & Operations Administrator to join our team! With an 80/20 split across finance and operations, this role offers variety and challenge.
What You’ll Be Doing
Finance Focus (80%)
* Manage monthly invoicing (inbound and outbound) — review timesheets, purchase orders, and generate accurate invoices.
* Serve as the friendly point of contact for contractors, guiding them through invoicing and payment processes.
* Assist the Finance Manager with data recording: new deals, contract extensions, permanent placements, and sales commissions.
* Chase and track purchase orders from clients for billing.
* Own and become the super user of our timesheet tracking system.
* Handle basic banking tasks as required.
Operations Support (20%)
* Support contractor onboarding, including compliance checks and reference requests.
* Draft and distribute contracts to contractors and clients using AdobeSign.
* Monitor and chase the status of contracts to ensure timely signatures.
* Coordinate with Sales Consultants to resolve onboarding and contract issues.
* Offboard contractors and handle GDPR data requests when needed.
What You’ll Bring
* Solid experience in finance or administrative roles.
* Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word (essential).
* Bonus points for familiarity with accounting software, banking systems, or foreign currency processes.
