M&E Coordinator – Hill Group Location: Various project sites | Type: Full-time Hill Group is looking for an experienced and proactive Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) Coordinator to support the delivery of high-quality building services across multiple projects. You’ll work with our production, customer care, and design teams to ensure M&E systems are designed, installed, and maintained to the highest standards. Key Responsibilities: Support M&E installations across live sites, ensuring specification and quality compliance Collaborate with Customer Care to diagnose and resolve system faults Conduct quality inspections, testing, and commissioning reviews Monitor and report on M&E contractor and designer performance Drive value engineering and ensure documentation aligns with project goals and standards What We’re Looking For: Solid M&E knowledge (preferably from a trade background) At least 3 years’ experience in a similar role Strong communication, problem-solving, and coordination skills Passion for quality, safety, and continuous improvement Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team Why Join Hill?
